The City of Valley was formed from four textile mill villages that for over 100 years were a vibrant center of textile manufacturing. But, as the fabric of the American textile industry slowly faded, Valley was faced with the daunting task of converting its economy from textile-based to something else. Valley is now situated to make major economic advances in the near future. And, with KIA Motors locating a ‘stones throw’ from Valley, even greater advances are to be expected.
