Valley is a Mayor-Council form of government. The Mayor and seven Council members are elected for four year concurrent terms. The Mayor presides at Council meetings and is the Chief Executive Officer who manages all city personnel. Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Mondays of each month in the Council Chamber at the Valley City Hall Complex located at 20 Fob James Drive. Meetings begin at 7 PM Eastern Time.
