The Parks and Recreation Department offers a wide-range of activities for youth, adults, and seniors and includes athletic as well as non-athletic programs. Many of these programs take place at the Community Center Complex or at the Sportsplex; however, some programs are held at off-site recreational facilities. All registrations are done at the Community Center.

If you love Zumba and want to take it to another level, try Zumba Toning. This combines targeted-body sculpting routines to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness worout. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones including arms, abs, glutes, and thighs. TAE BO® Basic
- Tae - A Korean word meaning foot or leg is based on the emphasis of lower body movements

Tae Bo® is a practice that teaches individuals to connect and communicate with their bodies all while haing fun. Tae Bo® Basic will push you to limits that you never thought you could go.
