The Parks and Recreation Department offers a wide-range of activities for youth, adults, and seniors and includes athletic as well as non-athletic programs. Many of these programs take place at the Community Center Complex or at the Sportsplex; however, some programs are held at off-site recreational facilities. All registrations are done at the Community Center.

If you want to get in shape, but find workouts or running boring, come try Boot Camp. A variety of exercises using your own body weight will get you in shape and it's fun!
The Boot Camp instructor is Lantorrance Rudd.
