The Parks and Recreation Department offers a wide-range of activities for youth, adults, and seniors and includes athletic as well as non-athletic programs. Many of these programs take place at the Community Center Complex or at the Sportsplex; however, some programs are held at off-site recreational facilities. All registrations are done at the Community Center.

If you love Zumba and want to take it to another level, try Zumba Toning. This combines targeted-body sculpting routines to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness worout. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones including arms, abs, glutes, and thighs. If you want to get in shape, but find workouts or running boring, come try Boot Camp. A variety of exercises using your own body weight will get you in shape and it's fun!
