The indoor pool area is zero entry, has eight competition swim lanes, and a hot tub, Activities include free swim, lap swim, birthday parties, swim lessons, and special events. Swimmers must wear appropriate swim attire.
The pool is the home pool for the VST (Valley Swim Team), Valley High Swim team, and Point University Swim Team. Practices and swim meets are held during the swim season.
