    Dance your way to fitness! Enjoy a fun workout while losing weight and getting in to great shape!

  • Boot Camp
    Monday, Tuesday, Thursday | 6 PM – 6:30 PM EST

    Instructor: Lacie Knowles
    This is a high impact body resistant/cardio workout. This class is great for individuals that would like to lose a few pounds or just get in better physical shape.

  • Silver Sneakers Basic Cardio
    Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 9 AM – 10 AM
    Instructor: Alison Lashley
    Beginners have fun moving to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance, along with a support chair.

  • Silver Sneakers H.I. Cardio
    Tuesday & Thursday | 9 AM – 10 AM
    Instructor: Alison Lashley
    Combine fun with fitness to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A support chair is offered.

  • Silver Sneakers Silversplash:
    Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 10:15 AM – 11 AM
    Instructor: Alison Lashley
    Fun shallow-water moves to improve agility, flexibility and endurance. No swimming ability required. Special SilverSneakers kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.

    Tuesday & Thursday | 10 AM – 10:30 AM

    Silver Sneakers Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. A support chair is offered.
