Beginners have fun moving to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance, along with a support chair.
Silver Sneakers H.I. CardioInstructor: Jaime Quinton
Combine fun with fitness to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A support chair is offered.
Silver Sneakers Silversplash:Instructor: Rhonda Prather
Fun shallow-water moves to improve agility, flexibility and endurance. No swimming ability required. Special SilverSneakers kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.

Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. A support chair is offered.
