This is a high impact body resistant/cardio workout. This class is great for individuals that would like to lose a few pounds or just get in better physical shape. -
Silver Sneakers Basic CardioMonday, Wednesday, Friday | 9:00am – 10:00amInstructor: Jaime Quinton
Beginners have fun moving to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance, along with a support chair. -
Silver Sneakers H.I. CardioTuesday & Thursday | 9:00am – 10:00amInstructor: Jaime Quinton
Combine fun with fitness to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A support chair is offered. -
Silver Sneakers Silversplash:Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 10:15-11:00Instructor: Rhonda Prather
Fun shallow-water moves to improve agility, flexibility and endurance. No swimming ability required. Special SilverSneakers kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination. -
Silver Sneakers Yoga:Tuesday & Thursday | 10:00-10:30amSilver Sneakers Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. A support chair is offered.
